Quail Creek is a highly desirable condo community in Laguna Hills, California. Residents are close to excellent schools, shopping centers, freeways, and recreation.

The waterscape community of Quail Creek was built from 1980 to 1982 by Sterling Homes. Community amenities include two swimming pools, two hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, dog park, car wash area, and coin operated laundry rooms. The neighborhood is accented by a large pond, bridges, fountains, waterfalls, and ducks.

Quail Creek is served by the Saddleback Valley Unified School District which offers highly ranked Valencia Elementary School, La Paz Intermediate School, and Laguna Hills High School. LHHS has less than 1,700 students, and has several awards including a spot on the California Distinguished School registry. There are several private schools available in Laguna Hills such as; St. Augustine Classical Academy, Christ Community Preschool, and New Vista School. Nearby colleges include Soka University, University of California Irvine, and Saddleback College.

There are many stores and restaurants within minutes of this community. Laguna Hills Mall has been undergoing a major renovation with 2017 set as the opening. It will be called Five Lagunas, and include a 14-screen theater. Other shopping areas nearby include the Alicia Plaza Shopping Center, Oakbrook Village Shopping Center, and Rivera Plaza in Laguna Hills. Nearby towns offer centers like The Shops at Mission Viejo, Irvine Spectrum Center, and the Aliso Viejo Town Center.

Laguna Hills is known for its many beautiful parks and the residents of Quail Creek are close to Aliso Viejo Community Park, Woodfield Park, Gallup Park, and Mandeville Park. There are many outdoor activities to enjoy like volleyball, tennis, bicycling, jogging, and hiking. Most parks have picnic areas and playgrounds. Laguna Hills is a suburban city with an affluent population. It was named for its hillside location and proximity the Laguna Beach and the Laguna Canyon.
